Disney show Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Party is holding open auditions.
The open casting call is being held in the Los Angeles area and is for performances that will be taking place at Disneyland resort. The show is seeking both male and female actors / performers to fill the roles of Peter Quill AKA Starlord and Black Widow in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy live stage show. Both roles require some stage combat and stage combat experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Please note that there are 3 separate casting calls listed below and all actors must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Male Actor to portray Peter Quill/Starlord for Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Party

Disney Parks Talent Casting is holding an Open Call for Male Actors for a new entertainment offering at the Disneyland Resort to be announced at a later date.
Seeking the following role:
Peter Quill/Star-Lord: 5’11” – 6’4″, with an athletic/muscular build. Peter Quill is an interstellar adventurer who must rally an unlikely team of cosmic misfits to prevent a powerful villain from destroying the galaxy. He is quick-witted, roguish, adventurous, and charming. Type Cast.
Requirements:
Sides will be provided
Wear non-restricted clothing

Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
Callbacks will be held the same day.

Female Actor
Seeking a Female Actor with strong stage presence who can lead a group of kids through training/combat exercises, control the flow of the show, and connect with an audience of varied ages. This female actor is considered a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, a project she is quite passionate about. Stage combat experience a plus.
Black Widow:
Female look-alike (5’6″ – 5’8″) with an athletic, slender build. Natasha Romanoff is the Black Widow, an utterly loyal S.H.I.E.L.D. spy of the highest order. Though her past is clouded by darkness, Black Widow is a consummate professional. She is an unparalleled master of espionage, hand-to-hand combat, and stealth infiltration. Stage combat experience a plus.
