Synopsis: 911 dispatcher tries to calm and protect a woman from her intruder over the phone, much to their surprise on who the intruder is.

911 Dispatcher: Female, 20-30 years of age, preferred African American
-Calm under emotional distress, no nonsense but compassionate
Kara Jones: Female, 20-30 years of age, open ethnicity
– “damsel in distress” mentality
