Casting call for Chains, a student film in Dublin, Ireland
‘Chains’ is a short film about growing up and growing apart. In the early hours of the morning, after an insane house party, two old friends bump into each other. As they wait for the first bus they reminisce over the good times they shared and eventually talk about why their friendship ended.
Character descriptions;
Frankie [female] Aged 18 – 25
Frankie is a young woman with shoulder length/long brown hair. She dresses in mostly dark clothing. Although comfortable with herself and confident she is quiet and doesn’t enjoy being the center of attention or engaging in conflict. A wallflower.
Rachel [female] Aged 18 – 25
Rachel is a young outgoing woman with blonde hair. She loves to be the center of attention and is confident in herself. She enjoys partying and says what she thinks, she has no filter. Rachel is a loyal friend.
Extras [all genders] Aged 18 – 25
Looking for fifteen to twenty people for a house party scene.
Must be based in Dublin.
