Mannequin Man by Day, Tenor by Night (A new Musical)

Casting 2 acrobat male performers and 1 female contortionist, who also can dance for the new musical “Mannequin Man by Day, Tenor By Night,” written and composed by James Chiao. This is a two act musical with a total of 20 performers and 16 musicians for orchestra.

Workshop runs July 23rd-end of August at a Mannequin Warehouse rehearsal space in Buena Park, CA
Rehearsal Sept. 6-8; performances Sept. 8-9 at the Chapman Musco Theater
Rehearsal Sept. 20-22; performances Sept 22-23 at the El Portal Theatre
Compensation : Non-union $25-30 hourly.
Roles:
Lady Yoga/Village Dancer/Customer : Female, 20-30s
Beautiful, graceful mannequin version of Lily. She can easily do extreme yoga poses. This performer doubles as a village dancer and customer in the outdoor mall.

2 Male Acrobats Fisherman/Gigolo Dancers/ Luggage Dancers/Customer , 20-30s Acrobatic fisherman, gigolo dancer, luggage dancer, and customers. Able to climb poles and aerial arts
