Janelle — 40s, black woman, trophy wife appearance, wife of a popular and successful chef. Think Robin Givens in Boomerang with a warm and motherly presence. Her intellect is more than meets the eye.
Junior — mid 30s, black, strong presence, has to read a eulogy for a father he’s never known.
Junior’s mom — mid 30s, small speaking role
Junior’s dad — late 20s, small speaking role
