We are proud to announce that we are currently casting for our latest gospel stage-play coming this fall entitled, “The Tea” Interview With The Stars…
SYNOPSIS
If you could step into some sort of time machine, and go back to the ancient past, where would you go? Which of the people in the pages of the bible would you want to meet and talk to most?
The Bible is chock full of stories of some of the most famous people of all time….. And they got stories ya’ll. Erica Winfield is the host of the Emmy winning talk show “Straight Talk”, where she connects her audience to some of the most prolific trailblazers, not just of our time, but in all of human history!
In this hilarious, powerful, informative, and thought provoking production Erica interviews some of the most intriguing figures straight from the pages of the bible that are more than happy to give their perspective on how things went down during their time…..
At times you’ll want to laugh, at times you’ll want to cry, and at times you might want to get up and just slap somebody! Erica is a no nonsense straight shooting talk show host that doesn’t mind asking the hard questions. Her pledge is to always bring you pure unadulterated tea honey. No shade, no pink lemonade.

” The Tea” is a heart-hitting, soul-stirring, highly emotional, and dynamic gospel stage play written, directed, and produced by Kareem Jones & Tony Williams.
We are currently seeking Lead, Understudy and Supporting roles…. As well as dynamic musicians.

Date, time and location will be given upon receipt of registration. NON UNION ACTORS ONLY. Pre-registration required for auditioning process. To register you MUST complete the audition registration form below or email resume, bio and professional photo to getwriteent2011@yahoo.com. Please come dressed for the role you are reading for as well. Lastly please download the audition application, (bottom of page) fill out completely, and email to getwriteent2011@yahoo.com. All auditions will be video taped. If auditioning for a singing role please be prepared to render a few bars of the selection that will be provided to you. Accompaniment will be provided.
