Vietnamese Speaker for Informational Video

Parents Helping Parents is a nonprofit organization which helps children with disabilities. Part of what we do is to provide information to parents with special needs children through videos we produce. We are currently trying to create an informational video in Vietnamese and are looking for someone who speaks Vietnamese to deliver the presentation on camera. The video will be shot at our office in front of a green screen and we can provide a teleprompter.
We are looking to film the video in December on either the 7th or the 10th. Filming would take 2-3 hours and we can film anytime between 9am and 7pm.
We are a nonprofit and do not have a large budget, however, the video will be posted on our website for public viewing and it will go a long way in assisting Vietnamese speaking parents.
