Looking for Talent for a new Troupe

We’re starting an African American performance troupe for the 2020 season. Everyone encouraged to apply. Here is the official form for TALENT. No experience necessary. These are paid jobs that don’t start until next year, but the application deadline is in October.

The Othello Project is a team of theater-minded people, dedicated to seeing a stronger presence of media for and about Urban minorities in the Tri-State. We are forming a superior midsized theater troupe that focuses on Afro-American/Pan African performance in an effort to create a once in a lifetime experience that will attract people from all over the globe.

We are looking for experienced and amateur play writers and stage directors to provide content to a new theater troupe in Cincinnati, Ohio. You must be able to provide a sample/reel of your past work. Not having experience will not bar you from this position, but you have to make it clear.

In your cover letter, please provide your first and last name, age, email, telephone number and best time of day to call. Upload your resume, and paste the link that features the production you either wrote or directed. Writers also specify if you don’t have any experience, but you have content.
