MTV Digital Flex my Ex is a dating show where singles come on a fun dating show with their Ex in tow. This is a light hearted dating show filming in August. Traditional dating show format with one person picking between three potential daters. The fun twist is that behind the potential daters will be their Ex to help keep our dater being honest. The person picking a date can either ask the potential date or their Ex questions. Looking for fun dynamics between the Ex’s, so if you are friends with your Ex this is a perfect opportunity for you!
