Looking to form a girl cover group

I’m looking to create a cover group made up of four girls from London (or close to Maidstone) aged 18 – 22. I will not be part of the group as I can’t sing, but I will be managing the group and editing videos.

High quality and clear videos of 2 song covers – rock, pop or kpop
Things I will be looking for:
Warm personality/charisma
Pitch/Tone
Strong breath support
Whether you are a well-known singer or unknown, you can audition.
Also, please be okay with being readily active on social media, interaction with fans is incredibly key, reaching out to new or potential fans and actively sharing/promoting our music/videos on both the group account and individual accounts.
Auditions close on the 30th of November.

IMPORTANT!
Due to logistics (until I can afford to pay for recording equipment at home or a recording space for the group), to begin with, songs will be done through this process in the beginning:
One girl would record her piece (just the vocal track) and send it to me so I can edit her part in.
I would then email it to the next girl for her to record her lines and harmonize with the other. Same for the other girls.
I would then edit it and put out the video for all of us to share to our followers
