Hello we’re Compass and we are looking for four young women between the ages of 14-17 whos’ goal is to empower women from all four corners in the world in all aspects of life through music.You can audition by either emailing compassentertainmentinc@gmail.com or on Instagram @theofficialcompass_
Requirements:
– Be between the ages 14-17
-Live in one of the following states: CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT
– Be able to meet-up for rehearsals at least once a month in either NYC or Providence
– Be able to participate in at least one business call a week
– Be able to compromise
– be able to debate and not argue
-Have a growth mindset
-be a creative thinker
– Have Parental consent

Failure to follow the guidelines and miss deadlines will result in you no longer being in the group if chosen. *If you are picked for the group you must not tell anyone you are in the group until all members are chosen and the group as a whole is ready to debut, this is for confidentiality and the overall success of the group.
