A dramatic comedy web series that chronicles the lives of Eva, who is failing to commit because she’s struggling to get over her ex. And Caleb, her best friend who’s hopelessly in love with her but can’t escape the ‘friendzone’. Caleb becomes an unwilling participant in Eva’s many misadventures and secretly hopes some day she’ll finally see him as more than just a friend.

Sassy and vibrant but melodramatic. The character is a pretty and talented Brooklyn publicist. She has an ego, she thinks she’s perfect, a bit of a temper problem sometimes, and is very dominating. She can be mean, but the actress has to be able to make the mean or ridiculous sound funny.
Male Lead
Age: 25-34
Race: Open
Character:
Fun-loving but level-headed. The character is a freelancer/blogger working in Brooklyn. He can be very playful and silly, but is also super responsible. He thinks of others before himself. He is best friends with the female lead, which is problematic for his romantic relationships.
Female Extra
Age: 20-25
Race: Open
Character: The character is a delivery gal who is also a student.
Filming an MFA student web series pilot so this is UNPAID, and NON-UNION work. All cast will be credited, however. Mainly targeting student performers in the Brooklyn, NY area who are looking to build on their resumes. No formal auditions will be taking place, but actors must submit a resume and headshot.
