HOW I GOT HERE is a new TV series where 2nd Gen Canadians and Americans between the ages of 14-30 embark on an adventure of a lifetime as they travel with their parent back to their country of origin. They’ll immerse themselves in special customs, enjoy thrilling local activities and reunite with important people from their parent’s past. Through this experience, they will uncover firsthand the challenges and sacrifices their parent overcame to relocate.
