STORY
A group of employees work for a boss who can make people cringe. His offbeat behavior leads to conflict, thereby; ensuing chaos.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS
1) Joe Red, 50s, all ethnicities; a plus-sized goofy supervisor who sometimes offends his coworkers without realizing it. At the end of the day, he wants to be admired by his peers even though he has a bad sense of timing.
2) Rob Smith, late 30s, all ethnicities, a tall egomaniac who sucks up to his supervisor. He turns his nose up at other people and is obnoxious towards them. He enjoys posh parties and the finer things in life.
3) Brenda Wong, mid-30s, an Asian model-esque female. She is a family-oriented social butterfly and has a sweet side. But do not cross her as she will squash you like a bug–which is one thing she hates!
4) Sam Li, mid-30s, is an Asian male who likes to go to the gym. Not a playboy; however, he enjoys platonic relationships with women. Believes in tough love which ties into how he treats others. In the workplace, sarcasm is part of his MO/style.
5) Nick Ramone, mid to late 40s, is a plus-sized golfer. He’s a lover of junk food with a bad habit of not thinking before he speaks. He loves his wife and knows how to get the job done.
