Casting a male comedic role with lots of lines for indie web series ‘Lovedemic’. The series centres around 3 roommates searching for love during the worst possible time in history: the 2020 pandemic.
Episode One:
Role: ‘High-Pitched Pete’. Late 20s – mid 40s, male, handsome, any race.
High Pitched Pete is handsome dude, but has a high pitched voice like Mickey Mouse. Don’t let the cartoonish voice fool you, he’s a douchey ‘bro’ and will mess you up if you look at him the wrong way or mock his voice. He has one goal in mind when he arrives at the party – to hook up with Missy. His smooth and charming exterior is a just a front. He’s a sleazebag. *must be able to do a high cartoon ish type voice for all your lines.
This character is the comedic antagonist of the episode, and therefore it’s an important role.
