We’re looking for actors who (ideally but not mandatory) have worked or are currently working in contact centers ranging from call centers to email customer support etc. We’re looking for people of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds who are comfortable in front of the camera. We will be asking some questions about the industry and would like our talent to speak about their experiences.

Off-screen, a producer asks the contact center agent some questions. We see the contact center employee reacting to some of the benefits of artificial intelligence.
Off-screen producer: “What if you could know someone’s problem before picking up the phone?”
“What if you knew someone was angry before you entered the chat?”
“What if you had a solution, before the client even told you their problem?”
We cut back to them, they react positively to the possibility of this collaborative reality. They respond, smile, are hopefully at this potential future for their workplace.
Call center agent: “Yeah, that would be amazing” “I would be blown away” “I would be able to be better at my job every day”
