We seek passionate individuals to share their perspectives or experiences on preventative healthcare and health equity.
We are looking for energetic views and unique stories!
$500 for an easy and 4 hours on set
Must be available on Feb 4th or 5th, 2023

To be considered, please submit a 30-60 second clip of your experience on the following:
1) Have you ever taken an at-home test (i.e. sexual health, colon cancer, fertility, thyroid, testosterone, diabetes)
– If yes, which one?
– If not, are you open to at-home health testing?
2) Pick only ONE of the following that best fits your experience or view:
– Is preventative healthcare important to you? If so, why?
– Have you ever felt discriminated against or “not listened to” at the doctor’s office? Could you share that story?
– Do you feel in control of your healthcare? Why or why not?
