Hello my name is Angela. I’m 63 I live in Philadelphia it’s Sunday February 26 looking outside my door noticed a hgtv car turned around the corner of 20 and blain never in 30 yrs have I seen it. I’m not sure if I can apply for hdtv project. I’m willing to pay for some work if possible. I’m not a person to reach out for help.
