A Disney+ television show is casting a main photo double in Louisiana.
The Disney show is currently in production in the New Orleans, Metairie and Chalmette areas and there is a casting call out for someone who fits the description below who is available to work as a full time stand in for one of the main actors in the series. The Disney show will be filming in Louisiana into September and the casting directors are seeking someone who completely fits the description, lives in the immediate area and is able to actually work 4 to 5 days on set in the coming weeks. The description and sizing is very specific, so the production is open to adults or minors that can fit the specifications. The photo double is in fact for a character who is a minor, but adults who fit the specs should also apply.
The Disney+ show “The Crossover” has been filming in the New Orleans area for some weeks and has routinely put out Disney casting calls for extras who live in and around the New Orleans area.

Location: Testing in Metairie, fitting in New Orleans, filming in New Orleans/St. Bernard/Chalmette
Rate: $175/12 filming + $43.75 testing + $43.75 fitting
We are currently casting a MAIN CAST PHOTO DOUBLE for a Disney+ streaming series!
We’re looking for doubles with FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY who are interested in working 4-5x/week through the end of shooting (September 16th)
WHAT WE NEED:
- Open to males AND females, adults AND minors
- 5’6″ – 5’10”
- able to wear size 28×30 pants
- able to wear adult size XS clothing
- similar skin tone to attached photo
- similar hairstyle to attached photo OR willingness to cut hair to match photo
This production has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 5 and above working on its set. To be eligible to work on this production, you MUST be (1) either (A) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine AND received a “BOOSTER” if you are eligible for a Booster according to CDC guidelines (click here to check if you are eligible for Booster) (Also: if you received the AstraZeneca and Novavax vaccines, then three doses of any combination of Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, or Novavax vaccines would deem you Boosted) or (B) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine but not yet Booster-eligible; or (C) have a medical disability or sincerely-held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Any offer of work is “conditioned” on you providing adequate proof to Production that you meet either of the criteria mentioned above. If you are unable to show adequate proof to Production, then you are ineligible to be hired for this particular Production.
