BET’s TV show “Ms. Pat” is now in production in Georgia.
The extras casting team for the BET series is seeking locals to the Atlanta area that are able to work on set as paid background actors and stand ins. Ms. Pat show will be filming in the area this spring through summer and all background roles and stand-in roles are paid.
“Ms. Pat” is a comedy/drama series that came out on BET+ in 2021.

The series is based on the life of Patricia “Ms. Pat” Williams, a stand-up comedian and author. The show follows Ms. Pat’s journey as a former convicted felon turned suburban mom and comedian in Indianapolis. It tackles issues such as race, poverty, and addiction while balancing heartwarming moments with sharp wit and humor. The show stars comedian Ms. Pat as herself, along with J. Bernard Calloway, who plays her husband; Tami Roman, who plays her best friend; and newcomer Theodore Barnes, who plays her son. “Ms. Pat” has been praised for its authentic and unapologetic portrayal of Ms. Pat’s life experiences, while also delivering laughs and heartwarming moments. Hylton Casting is currently casting stand-ins for the TV Series The Ms. Pat Show. Filming will take place in Atlanta, GA from May – July 2023. We will be casting a core group of stand-ins to work throughout the run of the production.
