There is an open casting call on now for the new “Dance Moms” reality competition series.
Dance Moms will be coming back in 2024 and the show’s producers are holding an online casting call for the next studio to star.
One lucky dance studio will be picked to star in the show and that dance studio’s entire competition season will be documented. Would you love to have your dance studio be featured in a reality competition so and take your studio to a worldwide audience?
The show is looking for teachers at the studio who are unique, charismatic, competitive with strong teaching philosophy that have had success in dance competitions and the world of dance competitions.
About the original series:
“Dance Moms” ran for many seasons and had a unique blend of dance, drama, and compelling characters. The series revolves around the renowned dance studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company, and its fearless leader, Abby Lee Miller. As a strict and demanding dance instructor, Abby pushes her young dancers to their limits in pursuit of excellence. The show delves into the intense world of competitive dance, showcasing the talents and ambitions of the young performers, as well as the often tumultuous relationships between their mothers. From intricate choreography and fierce rivalries to the emotional rollercoaster of auditions and competitions, “Dance Moms” offers a glimpse into the challenging, yet rewarding, world of dance and the sacrifices made by both the dancers and their families in pursuit of their dreams.
What they are looking for:
The studio being sought would be described as maybe the best in your area or state with a reputation to match. Preferably your students are in the 5 to 11 age range who are looking to win dance competitions and they are specifically interested in the PeeWees and minis.
For the kids, they seek competitive dancers with star potential who are ready to star in the show.
Dance Moms wouldn’t be Dance Moms with the mothers and they seek fierce, competitive, likeable moms who are willing to make the sacrifices needed to make their kids stars.
