Ballet for Young Audiences – The Nutcracker

New York City based Ballet for Young Audiences is looking for an actor. Responsibilities will be to provide narration (2 short monologues) at the beginning and middle of The Nutcracker. The actor will also help with tech work backstage, drive the tech truck, and will call the light cues for The Nutcracker. Must be 25 or older and have a valid driver’s license.
North Carolina Tour: Nov 29-Dec 4 and New Jersey Date: Dec 9
Rehearsals will start in late October in NYC, though most of the prep work can be done remotely with a video that will be provided.
Salary $400 per week of shows
Plus a per diem for tour dates
There is a travel stipend for rehearsals.
