– PHOTOS: Please submit a headshot and a full length photo that reflects your child’s current look/hairstyle. DO NOT SEND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS. This is a director-selected role, so the photos must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:
1) Front facing, centered in the frame (think of a driver’s license type photo)
2) No one else in the picture, preferably against a plain background. No other distractions such as hats, sunglasses, etc.
3) Taken within the past 2-3 days at most
– MINOR WORK PERMIT: Please send a copy of your child’s Chicago PD / Chicago Med or Universal Television LLC permit if we do not already have it on file this season. We cannot accept permits listing any other agency/agent. If your child needs a minor work permit, please email us right away for instructions.

Role: We are looking for caucasian girls, between the ages of 4-7, to play kidnapped sisters. THIS WILL BE A MULTI-DAY BOOKING, including a wardrobe fitting, still photos (to look like family photos, with cast), and 1-2 filming dates. We do not know how many total dates, or which specific dates yet, so please let us know your availability between Tuesday 10/15 and Thursday 10/24. Some of the events (i.e. wardrobe fitting and still photos) may take place on the same day, once they’re scheduled.

Pay: $160/8 (each day worked) + one-time $25 fitting bump
General Extras:
We’re collecting submissions for Episode 1206 of Chicago PD. Make sure you read the notes at the bottom of this post, as some of the nights will wrap late, and some are filming in locations that are a bit further to travel to.
You are responsible for your own reliable transportation.
This submission form is for general background roles, which means they’re open to any gender, ethnicity, ages 18 and older. You must have graduated from high school and not be attending classes at the time of submission.
*We have one role available for minors, which will be at the very bottom of this post.
General background roles pay $129.60/8. The pay rate is a flat rate for any time worked up to 8 hours (it is not an hourly rate), with time + 1/2 after 8 hours. If we book you with your vehicle to be parked on set, there will be a $35 bump added to your pay. No red or white vehicles, please.
