Fright Nights, West Palm Beach’s premier haunted house event, is gearing up for its 22nd annual scarefest this October. With four spine-chilling haunted houses, carnival rides, live music, and a variety of food and entertainment options, this event promises to be bigger and better than ever. To bring the thrills to life, Fright Nights is hosting a casting call for scare actors and makeup artists.
Casting Call Details:
Date: Saturday, August 31
Time: Starting at noon
Location: iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre, 601-7 Sansburys Way, South Florida Fairgrounds. Enter through the main gate.
Fright Nights is on the lookout for energetic and enthusiastic performers to join their “family of freaks.” Male and female participants must be at least 16 years old. If under 16, they must be accompanied by a parent willing to volunteer alongside them. The event offers both paid and volunteer roles, and all experience levels are welcome. Applicants must bring two forms of ID.
In addition to scare actors, Fright Nights is also seeking talented makeup artists and assistants to help transform performers into the terrifying characters that make the event so memorable.
The event kicks off each night with the midway opening at 6 p.m., followed by the haunted houses at 7 p.m. Visitors can expect a “carnival of terror” featuring four brand-new haunted houses, scare zones, carnival rides, live entertainment, video games, and even virtual reality experiences.
