RWS Global has announced open auditions in New York City for singers interested in joining their expansive cruise line and theme park entertainment portfolio. The auditions will take place September 16–17, 2025 at Pearl Studios, 500 8th Ave, 3rd Floor, New York, NY.
This opportunity spans across multiple venues and brands, including Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, Azamara Cruises, LEGOLAND, Hersheypark, and more. Performers selected will entertain audiences both in the U.S. and internationally, with contracts ranging throughout 2025 and 2026.
RWS is seeking versatile, dynamic singers with strong contemporary pop, rock, and musical theater vocals. Belters with a powerful mix/head voice, as well as tenors and baritenors with movement ability, are especially encouraged to audition. Strong harmonizing skills, a commanding stage presence, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences are essential.
Performers must be18 or older, with prior theater or live entertainment experience preferred. The company is casting inclusively, welcoming singers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and body types.
Performers live aboard state-of-the-art ships, traveling to breathtaking destinations across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and beyond. Contracts include competitive salaries, free lodging, meals, and international travel. Offstage, cast members enjoy crew amenities and the unique chance to explore new cultures while doing what they love.

SEEKING: Union and non-union performers.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Prior theater or live entertainment experience preferred.
SINGERS: Seeking versatile and dynamic professional singers with strong pop/contemporary vocals. Belters with a strong mix/head and tenors/baritenors who move well. Strong harmonizing skills a must. Should possess a commanding stage presence with the ability to captivate an audience through every performance.
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare two contrasting 16-32 bar cuts of a contemporary pop/rock vocal selection. Contemporary musical theater also permitted. Must provide sheet music in the correct key (an accompanist will be provided). Bring a headshot & resume stapled back-to-back.
There will be a 1-hour movement/dance call at 5pm, if called back. Please bring appropriate attire and shoes to dance in.

CONTRACT INFORMATION:
Varied start dates through 2025 & 2026. Travel, lodging and competitive salary provided.
All performers must have a valid passport (or be able to acquire one) and will need to obtain necessary visas for international travel to the US and abroad.
