Play: “Daddy’s Girl” by Bill Savage
Synopsis: A father and daughter, involuntarily separated for three decades, look back on the painful events that led to and followed that separation, and without knowing it, seem to still be on an endless search for each other.
Hours per actor: Approximately 20 (4 hours of 2 Zoom run-throughs/rehearsals, approximately 2 weeks before performances, days/times, TBA; 4 hours of in-person rehearsals, a few days before performances, days/times, TBA; 2.5 hours of tech rehearsal (9 a.m., Saturday Aug. 9), and 9 hours for performances (noon, Saturday Aug. 9; 8 p.m., Sunday Aug. 10; and 8 p.m., Monday Aug. 11). PlayGround San Francisco, Free Play Festival.

Compensation: Under PlayGround’s SAG-AFTRA New Media Agreement, actors will receive
$200 per diem.
