The role pays $300 for the filming day, plus a $50 travel bump, mileage reimbursement, per diem, and hotel accommodations.

Shoot Rate 9/4: $300/10 hrs (will be less than 10 hour day plus some travel time home)

Mileage: per IRS rate ($0.70 / mile from Chicago center, less 30 mile zone, approx 136 miles / $95.20 total)
Per Diem: $35 dinner & incidentals on 9/3

1) Subject Line: College Age Football Players (NOT PLAYING)
2) Include name, age range, height, weight, phone, and email in the submission. For minors, we must have their exact age.
3) Attach a headshot and/or candid photo AND a full body in JPEG format. Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), without sunglasses, and without filters. Show us your style, but make sure we can see your face! Please include a photo in athletic wear so we can see your body shape – ABSOLUTELY NO NUDES! If you happen to have a recent photo of yourself in uniform, please include as an additional photo.NOTE: Rename the title of your photos with your Full Name. You should do this with all your submission photos.
4) You must list your measurements because production will use them to match you to the uniform. Include your basic
measurements for the purpose of UNIFORMS: MALE UNIFORM: Suit Jacket Size, i.e., 40R, 46L, Shirt (neck/sleeve), pants (waist/inseam), and shoe size.
5) Please confirm your mode of transportation, e.g., Uber, Bus, Own Vehicle, etc. Everyone should be able to get to South Bend.
6) Confirm which date(s) you are available to travel to South Bend, IN, on Wednesday, 9/3, and have open availability to film on Thursday, 9/4. They believe it will be early call time on 9/4.
7) Please let us know if you play(ed) any football, and at what level, i.e., high school football, football league, etc. Please let us know if you play any other sports. We are looking for folks who can portray football players, so if you have the correct build, please submit.
