Norwegian Cruise Line is now casting world-class talent for its onboard entertainment and is accepting online auditions and showreels from performers interested in joining its at-sea productions. This is your chance to travel the world while doing what you love — singing, dancing, and performing for international audiences aboard one of the industry’s premier cruise lines.

VOCALISTS
Tenor/Baritenor Vocalists
Age Range: 20s–30s | Height: 5’8”–6’2” | All Ethnicities
Versatile and dynamic singers with powerful pop/rock, R&B, and Motown chops. Must possess strong movement ability and style references similar to Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, Elton John, and Stevie Wonder.
Mezzo/Belter Vocalists
Age Range: 20s–30s | Height: 5’3”–5’9” | All Ethnicities
Commanding female-presenting performers with a standout stage presence and a strong belt (up to F5). Preferred styles include pop, rock, and contemporary musical theatre. Vocal inspirations include Adele, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Little Mix, and Carrie Underwood. Strong movement ability required.
PRODUCTION DANCERS
Female-Identifying: 5’3”–5’9”
Male-Identifying: 5’9”–6’2”
All Ethnicities
Athletic and technically trained dancers with experience in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and contemporary styles. Tap and versatility in multiple genres are a plus. Female-identifying dancers should be comfortable performing in both heels and flats.
SINGER/DANCERS
Age Range: 20s–30s | All Ethnicities
Highly skilled dancers with vocal ability, capable of performing tight harmonies, solos, and featured numbers. Candidates must pass the dancer callback round and provide vocal reels for full evaluation.
DANCE COUPLES
Female-Identifying: 5’3”–5’9”
Male-Identifying: 5’9”–6’2”
All Ethnicities
Pairs with strong jazz and ballet technique, and excellent partnering skills including lifts. Ballroom experience is welcome but not required. Strength in contemporary, hip-hop, and tap also valued.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older to audition.

Photos and headshots should be in JPEG or PDF format.
Label all attachments with your name, year, and document type.

Keep your reels concise.
Show us the best you have in 2-3 minutes.
Start your reel strong.
Don’t save the best for last as those watching it might not get there.
Group performance footage is fine as long as you are easily identifiable. Make sure you’re the best one in that group. Our eyes will naturally want to watch whoever is the strongest.
Solo performance, rehearsal, or studio footage is always the best way to showcase your vocal or dance technique.
Dancers – Do not alter the speed of the footage you are adding to your reel. Show versatility including partnering, tap, and tumbling if applicable.
Vocalists – Live vocals are best. Pre-recorded and lip-synced footage can be deceiving. We want to hear how you sound naturally without studio effects.
Unlisted YouTube or Vimeo links are preferred.
