Real Homebuyers Wanted for Upcoming Zillow Campaign
Dan Bell Casting is conducting a nationwide search for real people who purchased their homes using Zillow within the past one to two years. The casting is part of a paid, non-union commercial project slated to film in early 2024, with shoots tailored around participants’ availability and conducted in their local area.
The casting team is looking for individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds who are willing to share their authentic home-buying journey—complete with the highs, lows, and challenges overcome along the way. Stories of perseverance, resourcefulness, and joy in achieving homeownership are encouraged.
Participants selected for the campaign will receive compensation based on the type of shoot:
$1,000 flat fee for use of still photos
$3,500 flat fee for participation in the filmed commercial
More commercials are now casting nationwide.
To qualify, applicants must:
Be 18 years of age or older
- Have used Zillow during the process of purchasing their home
- Have bought their home within the last 1–2 years

- A brief story of your home-buying experience and how Zillow helped
- Recent photo(s) of yourself and/or your family
