The Golden State Warriors are gearing up for another electrifying NBA season by launching auditions for their acclaimed Entertainment Teams, which include the Warriors Dance Team, Blue Crew, Hardwood Classics, and Jr. Jam Squad. Auditions will span a three-week period from July 13 to August 3, 2025, and aspiring performers are invited to register and learn more at warriors.com/danceteam.
“We look forward to welcoming inspiring and skilled dancers who bring their own unique value to our entertainment family,” said Warriors Entertainment Team Director Sabrina Ellison. “Our goal is to build teams that reflect empowerment, creativity, and the diverse spirit of Dub Nation both on and off the court.”

Teams Overview:
Warriors Dance Team: High-energy women dancers (18+) who perform hip-hop, jazz, and novelty styles.
Blue Crew: Male performers (18+) known for their swaggy, hard-hitting hip-hop routines.
Hardwood Classics: Co-ed team of dancers aged 55+, bringing joy and spirit to the court.
Jr. Jam Squad: Talented youth dancers (ages 6–15) performing fun, energetic hip-hop choreography.
Audition Timeline:
July 13 – Application materials due (waivers, headshots, forms)
July 20 – Audition video submissions due
July 23 – Semi-finalists announced
July 26 – Semi-final auditions at Las Positas College
July 28–31 – In-person training camps, finalist interviews, and rehearsals
August 3 – Final auditions at Thrive City
Preparatory Classes:
Leading up to auditions, the Warriors are also offering prep classes at local studios to help candidates familiarize themselves with the team’s signature dance styles and expectations.
East Bay Dance Company, Westlake School for the Performing Arts, and Forma Gym will host classes throughout late June and July. These sessions are open to all and highly encouraged for anyone considering auditioning.
