Casting call for background actors – Featured background roles in the upcoming Netflix scripted comedy Free Bert, starring and co-created by comedian Bert Kreischer. The six-episode series follows Kreischer playing a version of himself as he struggles to tone down his wild lifestyle when his daughters enroll in an elite Beverly Hills private school.
Filming will take place in the Atlanta, GA area on Monday, August 4, 2025, and is open to non-union talent only. The production is seeking new faces who have not yet worked on the show to portray upscale parents—men and women ages 30–50 who can embody polished, posh, and wealthy Hollywood types. Selected background actors will be paid $175 for up to 12 hours, with overtime after that. Talent must be able to work as local hires, as no travel or lodging will be provided.
