Norwegian Cruise Line Holding NYC Auditions for Jersey Boys Aboard Upcoming Theatrical Production
Norwegian Creative Studios is seeking talented performers for their upcoming production of Jersey Boys, set to be staged aboard Norwegian Cruise Line ships. Auditions will take place in New York City on May 19, 2025, by appointment only. Interested performers are now invited to submit materials to be considered for a slot.
Based on the Tony Award-winning musical and the music of The Four Seasons, Jersey Boys tells the compelling true story of four working-class young men who rose to become one of the greatest pop groups of their time. With direction from Des McAnuff, the show explores the highs and lows of fame, set to a legendary soundtrack of 1960s rock-and-roll hits.
Contract Details:
Travel to Tampa: September 19, 2025
Rehearsals: September 20 – October 24, 2025
Board Ship: October 25, 2025
Contract Ends: Approximately six months after boarding

Frankie Valli: Male, 20s–early 30s, 5’9” or shorter. Strong tenor with falsetto, charismatic actor with storytelling ability. Leading role.
Bob Gaudio: Male, preferably tall. Tenor/Bari-tenor. Intelligent, sensitive musical prodigy. Leading role.
Tommy DeVito: Male, 30s. Tenor/Bari-tenor. Confident, “bad-boy” personality. Guitar ability a plus. Leading role.
Nick Massi: Male, 30s. Bass/baritone. Reserved with quiet intensity. Leading role.
Gyp DeCarlo: Male, 35–50. Mafioso type, strong actor/singer. Supporting role.
Bob Crewe: Male, 30–40. Flamboyant, creative, energetic. Supporting role.
Joe Pesci: Male, 20s–early 30s, 5’9” or shorter. Energetic, comedic. Will understudy Frankie. Featured ensemble role.
Barry Belson: Male, 20s–40s. Non-Caucasian. Strong R&B vocalist. Featured ensemble role.
Three Women: Female, 20s–mid 30s. Versatile singers/actresses to play multiple roles. Must harmonize well and portray tough Jersey types.
Two Men: Male, 20s–40s. Strong actor/singers for supporting and ensemble tracks. One track requires a strong baritone range.
Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available for the full duration of the contract.
