Triune Entertainment has officially announced open auditions for their upcoming community theatre production of Annie!, set to hit the stage in November 2025. Directed by Renée De Ponte and a team of award-winning professionals, this family favorite will be performed at the state-of-the-art Journey Stage in Warrenton/Vint Hill, VA.

Auditions will be held on July 28 in Nokesville, Virginia, and performers of all ages are encouraged to audition. While the production is unpaid and community-based, it’s a wonderful opportunity for performers to gain experience and be part of a high-quality, joyful musical experience.
Based on Harold Gray’s classic comic strip, Annie has become a global sensation and earned seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. With music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Martin Charnin, and a book by Thomas Meehan, Annie boasts unforgettable hits like “It’s the Hard Knock Life” and the iconic “Tomorrow.”
Set in 1930s New York City, the story follows the spirited young orphan Annie, who dreams of finding the parents who left her at Miss Hannigan’s cruel orphanage. Her journey leads her through the streets of New York, into the lives of billionaires, politicians, and eventually into a family of her own.
