Auditions Announced for “Legally Blonde” in Vernon, BC

Legally Blonde The Musical, directed by DeAnna MacArthur and produced by Brandice Mohr and Sherri Moir, is a lively comedy that follows Elle Woods, an upbeat sorority girl who chases her ex to Harvard Law School but ends up discovering her own strengths and independence. The show features key characters including Elle Woods, Warner Huntington III, Emmett Forrest, Professor Callahan, Vivienne Kensington, Paulette, and Brooke Wyndam, along with a versatile ensemble playing multiple roles.
Auditions require a 1-2 minute monologue, a 2-3 minute musical number (not from Legally Blonde) with a backing track, and a resume or headshot. Callbacks will include cold readings and character songs.
Auditions are scheduled for October 11-12, with callbacks on October 13. A read-through will take place on October 6, and rehearsals begin mid-November.
