We are seeking a large group of background actors to help bring a lively, authentic Liberian/West African family & friends gathering to life for a key scene in this upcoming production.
We are STRONGLY seeking individuals who naturally own this wardrobe, understand this culture, and can authentically represent the vibe of this setting.
Casting For:
– Liberian, West African, Black/African-American individuals to portray family members and friends (Ages 18 +)
– 1 Featured BG Male (30s) — attractive, clean-cut, “the man a mother would want their daughter to marry”
Scene Description:
A warm, vibrant family home celebration taking place across the living room, kitchen, and family room of a single-family home.
A modern Liberian household with American influence — loud laughs, familiar energy, community warmth, and cultural touches throughout.
Indoor and backyard atmosphere.

WOMEN: Casual dresses, printed skirts/tops, African print accents, tailored jeans, light blouses, casual maxi dresses, flats/wedges/loafers (comfortable).
