A new streaming project is currently filming in the Atlanta area using the working title “Super G.”
Rumor has it that this is an upcoming Supergirl project that will premiere in 2026.
Well, at least IMDB states that Super Girl will be premiering in 2026 and is being directed by Craig Gillespie.
According to the IMDB page the description goes as follows: It follows Kara Zor-El’s story and her darker origin before she finally made her way to Earth.
There is a Super Girl movie in the works currently, yet there is pretty limited information out about the project, however, a production using the working title “Super G” and filming where most superhero movies film, which is Atlanta…may be a clue.

A new streaming series titled SuperG is filming soon in the Atlanta area and is seeking background actors for several featured roles.
