A TV commercial is casting a wide range of real athletes and sports professionals for featured roles and on-camera principals.
The production seeks authentic talent with genuine experience in their respective sports, including a real female speed skater, a figure skater, and a sled hockey player. Additional roles include a starter gun operator with race experience, a figure skating coach, a sled hockey referee, and both able-bodied and adaptive alpine skiers. Behind-the-scenes sports professionals such as a broadcast truck director and program engineers are also being cast, ideally with real broadcasting or sports engineering backgrounds. The project will also feature winter sports fans to portray crowd members, rounding out the authentic atmosphere of the commercial.

–MUST be able to work in the Atlanta, GA area (Trilith Studios in Fayetteville) as a LOCAL HIRE!! (Transportation/Accommodation will not be provided)

USAGE:
-“Digital Media” means any and all internet, new media and digital media/uses (including, without limitation, in any and all electronic and mobile media, now known or hereafter invented; both paid and organic; Deloitte’s branded digital channels; websites/social and Online advertising (including Agency and third party websites, pre-roll, display + banner ads)
-“Non-Broadcast Media” means any and all non-broadcast and industrial media/uses, including but not limited to trade shows, conventions, in-cinema, corporate videos, digital billboards, events, public displays, etc. and internal/archival/awards/reel (in perpetuity).
-“Television Media” means all forms of TV media (e.g., free and paid broadcast, syndicated, cable, streaming TV, OTT, satellite, and on-demand).
-“Media” means collectively Digital Media, Non-Broadcast Media and Television Media.
-The Materials may be used in all Media during the entire Initial Term.
-If Agency exercises the option for the Option Term, then during the Option Term, the Materials may be used in all Media during the entire Option Term.
-During and after the Term, Agency and Client may use the Materials for archival/historical purposes, for Client’s and Agency’s publicity purposes (e.g., case studies, portfolio use, trade publications, use on Agency’s websites and industry award submissions) and for internal purposes. Agency/Client shall not be required, upon termination or expiration of the Term, to remove any Materials from the “historical feed” of any social media channel, which Materials were posted on such social media channel during the Term in accordance with the terms hereof.

[SPEED SKATER – REAL] **WILL WORK ON WEDS 11/5
Female, white, age range 20s-30, able to portray Scandinavian or Canadian, MUST BE A REAL EXPERIENCED SKATER!! Don’t have to be specifically a Speed Skater, but MUST be able to skate very fast and efficiently! Don’t necessarily have to have long track experience if you are an experience skater and maybe have played competition hockey or other ice-related sports. Have to be a good skater!![SPEED SKATE STARTER GUN MAN] **WILL WORK ON WEDS 11/5. Male, all ethnicities, age range 50s, MUST have some experience using a starter pistol to start some sort of competition or race. Do not have to have worked with speed skating specifically, but some experience as a race starter is needed as you will be using an electronic starter pistol to start the race.

Female, white, age range 30-40, MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED Hockey Player and/or Referee. Someone who looks like a high-level rec league hockey player in her own right. Referee experience preferred but not required as long as you have played hockey and can skate![SLED HOCKEY PLAYERS – REAL] **WILL WORK ON THURS 11/6
Male, all ethnicities, age range 18-45, needs to be a high-level SLED hockey (adaptive) (not skate hockey) player with authentic skillset and lower body disability to match the play intensity of our professional Lead Sled Hockey player[ALPINE SKIER – REAL]
Male, all ethnicities, age range 20-45, can be adaptive/para-alpine or able-bodied, MUST HAVE REAL EXPERIENCE as an Alpine downhill Skier.
