Royal Caribbean Productions is seeking exceptional singers, dancers, and hip-hop dancers to join their world-class entertainment teams aboard their fleet. If you have the talent, versatility, and stage presence to shine in high-energy productions, this is your opportunity to perform at sea!
LOOKING FOR:
VOCALISTS
Seeking strong singers with professional performance experience in theater, concerts, or similar settings. Must be able to harmonize and perform across multiple genres, including Pop/Rock, R&B/Soul, Gospel, Contemporary Musical Theater, and Jazz. Acting and movement skills are a plus.
- Female-Presenting Vocalists: Strong belt/mix up to F5, legit to C6
- Male-Presenting Vocalists: Tenors and bari-tenors with strong falsetto extension (must sustain up to A4, falsetto to F5)
DANCERS
Looking for versatile, professional dancers (18+) with a strong foundation in Contemporary, Jazz, Theater Dance, Showgirl, and Hip-Hop styles. Must be available for international travel and extended contracts aboard Royal Caribbean’s ships.
HIP-HOP DANCERS
Seeking skilled and dynamic hip-hop dancers with expertise in Breaking, Popping, Locking, and freestyle. Dancers should be prepared to showcase their improv, tricks, or special skills.

HOW TO AUDITION
LIVE AUDITIONS (Preferred Method)
- Dancers: Be prepared to learn and perform a combination. Bring comfortable dance shoes or sneakers.
- Singers: Prepare two songs from the provided audition material.
VIRTUAL SUBMISSIONS (If Unable to Attend in Person)
Dancers: Submit videos of:
- Across-the-floor combination
- Two additional routines from the provided selection
- Recent appearance photos (front and side angles)
- Female-Presenting: Bra top & briefs or two-piece swimsuit, heels
- Male-Presenting: Gym shorts or swimsuit (shirtless)
Singers: Submit:
- Two songs from the provided audition materials
- A performance reel showcasing movement and personality
- Headshot and full-length photo in fitted attire
All virtual submissions should be uploaded to your Royal Caribbean casting profile under the Media Tab.
