Universal Orlando Resort Casting Santa Claus for 2025 Holiday Season
Universal Orlando Resort is officially casting performers to take on the iconic role of Santa Claus for the 2025 holiday season. The world-renowned entertainment destination is seeking spirited individuals who can embody the warm, joyful essence of Santa and portray a character in the age range of 60 and older.
Interested candidates must be prepared to bring Santa to life with charisma, charm, and a natural sense of holiday cheer. Submissions must include a headshot, performance resume, full-length photo in athletic wear, and an audition video following detailed guidelines.
The audition video should feature the performer standing against a solid-colored background, stating their name and height, and performing a full-body 360-degree turn. A one-minute monologue as Santa Claus is required, offering a glimpse into the performer’s ability to capture the beloved character. While not mandatory, previous Santa photos or demo reels may also be included for added context.
Applicants must be fully available for rehearsals between October and mid-November, with performances running from November 21 through December 31, 2025. All submissions must be completed by midnight EST on June 11, 2025.
To be considered, applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Current Universal Orlando Team Members must meet internal eligibility requirements, including six months of service in their current role and a minimum of eight attendance credits.
