SAG-AFTRA Feature Film – Arkansas auditions for kids ages 9 to 15.
Arkansas native, Jeff Nichols, will begin production on his next feature, KING SNAKE, a Southern gothic thriller starring Margaret Qualley (The Substance), Drew Starkey (Outer Banks), & Michael Shannon (Take Shelter). Spring 2026.
In KING SNAKE, a young couple inherit a farm in rural Arkansas and must conquer the demons both physical and metaphysical that haunt its legacy. Forces of good and evil collide in a terrifying film where real-world challenges crash headlong into other worldy creatures and myths.
We will be casting multiple roles with more information to come.
At this time, we are taking submissions for a special mythical group consisting of young boys (ages 9-15/all ethnicities/height: under 4’6″/ 4’0″ preferred). Dance, gymnastics, or athletic training is a plus, but not required. Must be local to Central Arkansas.
The first round of submissions is due by Wednesday, February 25th at 6:00 PM CST.
