A TV series titled “A Land Remembered” is filming in Tampa, Florida.
Casting directors for the Civil War period production have a casting notice out for some very specific role. This will be filming in various areas of Florida. It has been filming in the San Antonio & Tampa, Florida areas. Please note that you must be local to the area as no travel is being provided.

“A LAND REMEMBERED” a best selling book by Patrick D. Smith. This novel depicts the life of people living throughout Florida during the 1700’s and 1800’s. We are filming a scene depicting African America.
Boys between the ages of 6 and 12 in a large ship ( we will shoot on land ) that transported slaves to America. We are trying to portray as closely as possible the story of Florida’s history. This scene would shoot on Thursday April 30th. Talent would be paid $225.

RATE: $225/12hrs + 1hr for meal

LOCATION: outer Tampa, Florida area
You must work as a local, no travel will be covered.If selected for this production, you will be portraying a SOLDIER for this historical Civil War era production.
A FITTING will be required next week, likely on Thursday 4/23.
You need to have a little longer hair, to long hair and you should not shave before the production. A short, modern haircut can not be considered.IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN BOOKED please do NOT RESUBMIT.
