Holiday performers in North Carolina have an opportunity to take the stage this year as auditions open for the 15th annual Robeson County Christmas Show.
The 15th annual Robeson County Christmas Show is presented at the historic Carolina Civic Center & Historic Theater in downtown Lumberton. The local holiday production has become a cherished holiday tradition, entertaining audiences throughout the region for more than a decade.
The theater is currently seeking talented performers for several roles, including the Kids Ensemble, The Civettes dance ensemble, and one featured male dancer. Kids Ensemble auditions for singers and dancers will take place on Friday, August 14, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Auditions for The Civettes and the featured male dancer are scheduled for Sunday, August 16, at 3 p.m., with dancers encouraged to showcase their technique, stage presence, and performance skills.
Callbacks are planned for Monday, August 17, with invited performers participating in additional dance auditions. All auditions will be held at the Carolina Civic Center & Historic Theater, located at 315 North Chestnut Street in Lumberton.

We’re looking for enthusiastic young performers who love to sing, dance, and perform. Please prepare a Christmas song or another selection that best showcases your voice. All Kids Ensemble auditionees should be prepared to sing, even if they are only interested in dancing.
The Civettes & Featured Male Dancer

We’re seeking exceptional dancers with strong technique, stage presence, and performance quality to join our high-energy production. The Civettes are the show’s featured female dance ensemble, and this season we are also casting one featured male dancer for multiple production numbers throughout the show. Be prepared to dance.
