Movie extras wanted
A new film starring Adam Sandler is looking for 1000’s of extras. The film is the sequel to Grownups, Grown Ups 2 and will be filming in Marblehead this month and next. Grown ups 2 stars Adam Sandler, Taylor Lautner and Salma Hayek. The film has an all star cast and also in the film are Rob Schneider, Maya Rudolph, Chris Rock, Kevin James and David Spade.
Grown Ups 2 has a July 2013 release date in theaters nationwide.
The casting call is for paid extras of all types – kids and adults are welcome of all ages, sizes and ethnicity. No experience is necessary and the call is open to non-union and union members.
If planning on attending the open call this weekend, please be sure to bring a color 4″ x 6″ photo with you that you can give to the casting director. The photo must be a very current snapshot that shows you as you normally look. Please DO NOT bring in headshots or professional photos. Casting directors need to see you as you really are, without professional lighting, touchups, heavy makeup, etc.
Extras are also asked to bring something to write with, like a pen.
