Cirque du Soleil will be holding auditions for singers in Montreal.
The world famous Cirque du Soleil is now casting for existing and upcoming shows. The theater / circus group has many shows running in Las Vegas and also tour around the world.
Are you a professional singer that has dreamed of touring the world as part of a live production? Here is your chance to audition for Cirque du Soleil . The company offers a competitive salary and what can be better than travelling the world doing what you love…. singing, on stage to massive crowds.

The company is seeking professional singers (male and female, all voice types and styles) for live performances in its existing shows and upcoming creations. We will be hosting auditions in Montréal, Québec, Canada in February of 2014.
Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian theater / circus / performing troupe that puts on visually spectacular shows which include “dramatic mix of circus arts and street entertainment”. They are the largest theatrical company in the world.
Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of the audition;
Candidates must currently reside in the Province of Quebec.
Interested candidates must submit:
- A CV (resume)
- A photo
- A video demo of one song from their repertoire
- A video demo of at least one piece of a Cirque du Soleil song as per the list in the following link: http://www.box.net/shared/2uucuu22o0

All complete applications (résumé/CV, photos and video demo) will be evaluated by a talent scout from the Casting team. Only selected candidates will be contacted and will receive an email confirmation about two weeks before the audition containing all details and location.

This is a general audition for all roles in our current shows and upcoming creations. Candidates who successfully pass the audition will become part of our database of potential artists for future casting calls – we do not offer contracts at the audition.
