Subversive Theatre is holding auditions for upcoming production of sUBVERsIVE sHORTs 2010.
On Saturday, May 1st from 10am-2pm and on Sunday, May 2nd from Noon-4pm, Subversive Theatre will be holding auditions for the newest installment of the annual sUBVERsIVE sHORTs Showcase featuring new political plays by American playwrights on every subject under the sun!
Seeking actors of all ages, ethnicities, and experience levels to fill the many, many roles available in the long list of vignettes to be presented as part of this year’s showcase.
sUBVERsIVE sHORTs 2010 runs June 17th through July 11th with performances Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 6pm.
Auditions are by appointment only.

Auditioners will be asked to present at least one monologue of two minutes or less (a total of two monologues may be presented if the auditioner wishes). Auditioners may also be asked to read from sides from the various plays at the discretion of the directors present. Resumes are required. Headshot are welcome, but not required.
All auditions will be held at Subversive Theatre’s regular performance venue, The Manny Fried Playhouse at 255 Great Arrow Avenue on the third floor of North Buffalo’s Great Arrow Building.
