Nubia Filmworks is casting Nocturnal Agony, a SAG feature film.
Two Korean actors/actresses need for a scene in a local corner store, owned by two Korean merchants where the lead character runs into the establishment as a means of seeking a safe haven.
Shooting for this scene will take place in Washington, DC on Monday April 18, 2011
The film is starring Deidra LaWan Starnes, Lawrence Hilton Jacobs, Vernee Watson, Anwan Glover and Hezekiah Walker – among others.
Log line, “A renowned evangelist on the verge of retirement has her dreams shattered when she discovers that her seemingly ‘perfect’ daughter has relapsed on drugs after many years of sobriety causing her to examine for the first time her many faults and shortcomings as a parent.”
