In its inaugural season, the Sing for Hope Youth Chorus strives to ignite a love of singing, foster a safe community for self-expression, and encourage chorus members to reach their full potential for artistic and personal excellence.
New York City high school students from all five boroughs are encouraged to audition. No prior music experience is necessary, and membership is free. Those accepted to participate in the Sing for Hope Youth Chorus will receive vocal training while developing performance and sight-singing skills. Chorus members will have the opportunity to learn from talented members of Sing for Hope’s Volunteer Artist Roster and perform throughout New York City.
