Audition Notice
Female Actress Needed Immediately
Timeless Tales Theatre, a professional non-equity traveling theatre company performing for school organizations in the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years, is seeking a local experienced female actress.
Needed Immediately – One experienced adult female actress to play a bunny rabbit in our production of Frosty the Snowman and to play Snow White in our production of Snow White. A flair for comedy is a big plus.
Performance Dates – Frosty runs November 26th through December 21st. We take a break for the Holidays and Frosty re-opens January 9th through January 31st. Snow White runs January 9th through February 28th. We need the same actress for both shows because Frosty and Snow White overlap in January. Shows are scheduled at the schools Mondays through Fridays, in the mornings and afternoons, so actors must be available Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
Rehearsal Schedule – Due to our busy schedule with our current show, rehearsals for Frosty will need to be in the evenings and weekends. Specific days and times will be worked out with the cast. Rehearsals for Snow white will begin in December, most likely during the week days. Specific days and times will be worked out with the cast.
Show Pay – All actors are paid $30 per performance. We average approximately 8 to 10 or more shows per week. Rehearsals are unpaid. Actors must be local, housing is not provided.
Auditions – By appointment only. No preparation is needed, reading will be provided. Singing not necessary but a plus.
