Auditions are being held Saturday, March 16th, 2013, from noon until 4pm at Broward College Central Campus library, room 145 (3501 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33314) for a short student film entitled “Interference,” produced in conjunction with the college’s Film Production III course, and to be filmed on Saturday, April 6th, 2013 in Coral Springs, FL (northern Broward County). A short synopsis of the film is — a young woman copes with terrible news and an unexpected lack of support. Available roles: Sandra 18-35, David (her boyfriend) 18-35, Dr. A 30s-60s, Mom 40s-60s, Dad 40s-60s, and June, any age. Auditions will include script sides and optional supplement of a 1-2 minute contemporary dramatic monologue. Compensation (for this not-for-pay film): a DVD of the edited film, stills, and food.
