I am currently holding auditions for a Drama, fiction, based on true story events project. This is an independent film, we can not pay now, but we are working on a budget, for now I am offering Meal, imdb credit, and copy. The film is based on the Catholic Religion and the current pedophile issues they’ve been having. I can’t give much information, but here are the roles I am casting for.
1. Victim – Lead Actor – Male – Caucasian – In Shape – (Preferably Blonde) – Age Range 17 to 19 (MUST BE 18+) (*Must be comfortable reenacting a rape scene, no nudity)
2. Mother Superior – Lead Actress – Female – Caucasian – Thin/Medium – Age Range 30 to 60
3. Defense Lawyer 2nd chair – Supporting Actress – Female – In Shape/Thin – ASIAN – Age Range 25 – 30
4. Monsignor – Supporting Actor – Male – Caucasian – Age Range 30 – 60 (*Must be comfortable reenacting a rape scene, no nudity)
5. District Attorney – Actor – Male – Caucasian – In shape – Age Range 25 to 30
6. Assistant DA – Actress – Female – Middle Eastern – Thin/Medium – Age Range 25 to 30
7. Assistant DA – Actress – Female – Caucasian – Thin/Medium – Age Range 25 to 30
8. Husband/Partner – Actor – Male – Caucasian – In Shape/Good Looking – Age Range 25 to 30 (*Character must be comfortable playing a gay role, he will be the partner of the Supporting Role which has already been casted, must be comfortable kissing, no nudity or sex scenes, must seem authentic)
– 4 Actresses to play Catholic Nuns – Any ethnicity – Age Range 30 to 60
– 4 actors to play Catholic priests – Any ethnicity – Age Range 30 to 60
– 6 Actors to play Gay Characters – Any ethnicity – Thin/InShape/Medium/ – Age Range 18 to 30
– 75 Extra Roles – Any ethnicity – all shape sizes – Age Range All – Several roles, nurses, nuns, reporters, police officers, judge, etc.
Most of the film will be shot at a court room, a church, and a loft.
Compensation: Lots of camera time, Imdb credit, meal, copy, opportunity contribute to the dialogue upon approval from director and script writer.
